Resale was the name of the game for this project. Being fully aware everyone has different styles and tastes we believed the safest bet was to keep it clean, simple and neutral. Secondly, we asked the client “what would you change or add if you were planning to keep the house?. We then made the changes/additions and the results turned out great. Our client wished they had done the renovations earlier so they could have enjoyed the new space before selling.
